Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, personal preference, or change of mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact RC Baby Boutique within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the item and packaging will be required to review the claim.

Once the claim has been reviewed, RC Baby Boutique will provide a replacement or refund when applicable.
